Israel Divides Gaza in Two, Starving Children Eat Grass—Will Any Muslim Nation Stand Up?

Gaza Strip: Israel has divided the Gaza Strip into two parts by taking a terrible action. According to the report of ynetnews news, the southern part of the Gaza Strip has been completely isolated. The Israeli army has said in a statement that air security forces on Saturday shot down three rockets fired in the air targeting Israeli border communities in southern Gaza and no one was harmed in the attack. While earlier the Israeli Defense Force had said that its forces have completed deployment on the Morag Corridor in Gaza and southern Gaza has been cut off from the rest of the Gaza Strip. But the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip has seriously increased the humanitarian tragedy.

After establishing control over the Morag Corridor and separating southern Gaza from the rest of the area, the Israeli army has surrounded the city of Rafah. During this military action, dozens of terrorists have been killed and underground tunnels and terrorist infrastructure have been claimed to be destroyed. Meanwhile, a senior member of Hamas, which controls Gaza, has told news agency AFP that one of its delegations will go to Cairo on Saturday for talks with Egyptian mediators on a possible ceasefire agreement. He said, "We hope that the meeting will lead to real talks towards reaching an agreement to end the war, stop aggression and ensure the complete withdrawal of the occupying forces from Gaza." Israel divided Gaza into two parts

The UN report says that this is the biggest destruction in Gaza since World War II. About 5% of Gaza's 2.3 million population has been killed, and more than 80,000 people have been injured. This conflict has also ruined Gaza's economy and more than 1.8 million people of Gaza have gone below the poverty line. The food supply situation in Gaza is also extremely serious. Due to the Israeli siege, food items are not able to reach the Gaza Strip, due to which people are forced to eat leaves of trees and grass. Children who are on the verge of dying from hunger are trying to fill their stomachs by eating grass.

Amidst all this, Israeli officials said that the ball is in Hamas' court. Officials have said that "As far as Israel is concerned, Egypt's proposal, which included the release of eight live hostages, was under discussion along with the US envoy Witkoff plan." According to reports, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held discussions on Friday to consider Egypt's ceasefire proposal. Egypt's proposal includes taking steps to end the war, which Israel opposes. But the ongoing conflict in Gaza is not only endangering regional stability, but is also posing a serious challenge to global human rights. The painful tale of children eating grass while crying out of hunger has shocked the whole world.`
