Tel Aviv: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has posted yet another video to confirm that he is alive. Netanyahu's new video comes at a time when rumors regarding his death have been spreading rapidly across the internet. With this new video, Netanyahu has attempted to quash conspiracy theories—specifically those claiming that Iran has killed him. This time, Netanyahu was joined in the video by the US Ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee.
In the video, while walking through an unidentified building with Huckabee, Netanyahu declared, "I am alive." Taking a jibe at the bizarre online claims circulating about his death, he remarked, "We shook hands—with five fingers each." Prior to this, a previous video of Netanyahu had taken the internet by storm; users had raised questions about the clip, alleging it was AI-generated. Some users even claimed that Netanyahu appeared to have six fingers in the video—an anomaly often associated with AI glitches.
Netanyahu Says: "I Am Alive"
In the latest video, Benjamin Netanyahu is seen walking and conversing with Ambassador Huckabee. Huckabee jokingly remarked that President Trump had sent him to check on his well-being. He said, "Mr. Prime Minister, I want you to know that the President asked me to come here and ensure that you are doing okay." To this, Netanyahu replied, "Yes, Mike. Yes, I am alive."
Netanyahu Shows a "Punch Card"
Subsequently, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu pulled a card from his coat pocket and identified it as a "punch card." Referring to attacks against Iran, Netanyahu remarked, "Today, I crossed two names off the punch card." Netanyahu's comment appears to allude to recent Israeli strikes in Iran, which reportedly resulted in the deaths of several top security officials—including Ali Larijani, the Chief of Iran's National Security Council, and Basij Commander Gholamreza Soleimani. Iran's state media has also confirmed the fatalities.
Netanyahu's Previous Video Appearance
Prior to this, Netanyahu had filmed a video inside a café, in which he humorously debunked rumors of his death. He quipped, "I'm just dying for a coffee." Subsequently, holding up both hands, he asked, "Would you like to count my fingers?" Since then, additional videos of Netanyahu have been posted, showing him addressing briefings and interacting with locals.
