Las Cruces: There has been a shooting in a park in Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA. At least three people have died and 14 others have been injured in this incident. Shooting in Young Park
Police said that the attack took place in the city's Young Park at around 10 pm on Friday night. According to police and hospital officials, the people injured in the shooting have been taken to local hospitals as well as El Paso University Medical Center, Regional Trauma Center.
The injured were admitted to the hospital
Communications Director Andrew Cummins said six injured were brought to Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces by ambulance and private car and five of them were taken to El Paso. Las Cruces police said in a statement posted on Facebook that police officers immediately arrived at the spot after receiving reports of firing in Young Park.
Police searching for attackers
