Pakistan-Chinese Nuclear Nexus Alarms US Intel, Conflict with Neighbors Predicted

Washington: The US intelligence report has issued a warning expressing concern over Pakistan's ever-increasing dependence on China. It says that Pakistan is constantly modernizing its nuclear weapons with the help of China, because it considers India a threat to its existence and believes that it cannot compete with India's conventional weapons. The intelligence report warns that Pakistan is rapidly manufacturing nuclear weapons capable of being used in the battlefield. US intelligence agencies have said that India is at the center of the Pakistani army's strategy and it considers India a long-term threat. Therefore, the weapons that Pakistan is manufacturing are going to have the greatest impact on India.

The report clearly states that Pakistan is not only developing conventional weapons, but it is also developing 'battlefield nuclear weapons' to be used in limited areas, which can prove to be devastating in any border conflict. Intelligence reports show that Pakistan is engaged in modernizing its nuclear weapons stockpile and strengthening the command system. For this, it is indirectly acquiring technology and materials related to WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) through countries like China, Turkey, Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE. This network is being run in utmost secrecy and by defying international rules, which raises serious questions on regional security.

    Dangerous revelations about Pakistan

Apart from this, the US intelligence report has warned that China has completely become the backbone of Pakistan's military power and Pakistan's economy. The armies of Pakistan and China conduct joint military exercises every year, and the US intelligence report cites a major air exercise in November 2024 as an example, in which China's PLA and the Pakistan Air Force jointly reviewed operational readiness. Apart from this, the US intelligence report also states that "cross-border clashes with regional neighbors are likely to remain the top priorities of the Pakistani military during the next year as well." It has been said that next year also the Pakistan Army is likely to clash with the Tehreek-e-Taliban, Baloch Nationalist Army, whose attacks have killed more than 2500 people in Pakistan in 2024. "During the next year, the Pakistani military’s top priorities are likely to remain cross-border skirmishes with regional neighbors...", US intel report https://t.co/sacwKRysPV

The intelligence report said that Pakistan has held several meetings with the Iranian government last year to improve tense relations with Iran. In 2024, Iran carried out airstrikes inside Pakistan, after which the Pakistani Air Force also carried out airstrikes in Iran. Due to which the relations between the two countries became very tense. At the same time, in March 2025, the Pakistani Air Force also carried out airstrikes in Afghanistan, due to which its relations with Afghanistan are very bad. Afghanistan also entered Pakistan and carried out attacks, so the situation of conflict may remain next year as well.
