Elon Musk, the owner of X and the boss of DOGE, claimed that cyber attacks are taking place on the social media platform X on a large scale. He suspects that Ukraine is carrying out cyber attacks.

    Talking to Fox News, Elon Musk said that we do not know what actually happened, but cyber attackers with IP addresses generated from the Ukraine region brought down X. It was a cyber attack on a large scale.


    According to a Telegram channel, the pro-Palestine hacker group Dark Storm Team has claimed responsibility for the DDoS attack on X. This group is known for targeting countries and organizations that are helping Israel's military action in Gaza.


    41 percent users had problems running the app


    On Monday, more than 4000 complaints were registered from India, 18,000 from the US and more than 10000 from the UK on the downdetector.in website. According to Down Detector, about 41 percent of the people had problems in the app. At the same time, 51% of the people had problems accessing the web and about 8 percent said that they had problems with the server connection.


    According to Statista, X has about 61.1 crore users worldwide. It has 9.5 crore users in the US and 2.7 crore users in India. About 50 crore posts are made every day.


    Musk warned Ukraine


    Recently, Elon Musk criticized Ukraine's war efforts against Russia. Musk had said that without his Starlink satellite service, Ukraine could face big trouble. Let us tell you that a few days ago, US President Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelensky had a meeting.


    There was a lot of bickering between the two leaders in this meeting. Trump had said that Zelensky's steps are inviting World War 3. Trump has appealed to Zelensky to enter into a ceasefire agreement. At the same time, Zelensky says that Ukraine will not stop the war until Russia returns all the land of Ukraine.
