Salmanabad: Pakistan Army Chief Field Marshal Asim Munir has not mend his ways even after being beaten up by India. This time he has showered verbal venom against India. Munir called India the biggest sponsor of terrorism in the region without any proof, while the whole world knows Pakistan's track record. He also asked neighbouring countries to be cautious about India's alleged proxy network. This divine knowledge on terrorism has been given by the army chief of the country where the world's most dreaded terrorist Osama bin Laden was hiding. Apart from this, Pakistan is also the biggest safe haven for terrorists on the UN sanctions list.
Munir spewed venom against India
Addressing the officials of the 52nd Common Training Program on Friday, Munir stressed, "Pakistan wants friendly relations with Afghanistan, a brotherly Islamic country, but it expects it not to give space to India's terrorist groups Fitna al-Hindustan and Fitna al-Khawarij." He said, "India is the biggest sponsor of terrorism in the region." Munir warned that Pakistan will never accept Indian hegemony. He said, "We have never bowed down to India and will never bow down."
Described terrorism in India as an internal issue
Munir alleged that terrorism is India's internal issue, which arises from discrimination and violence against minorities. However, here he forgot how bad Pakistan's track record is in this matter. The kind of atrocities that minorities face in Pakistan, is probably not seen in any other country. This is the reason that since independence, the minority population in Pakistan has almost vanished. Whereas, in India, their number is increasing day by day. Secondly, the foundation of Pakistan was laid on the basis of religion, where there is no place for any other community. Munir himself does not consider himself less than a Maulana.
This was said about Pakistan's military preparations
Regarding Pakistan's defense preparations, Field Marshal Munir said that the armed forces are fully prepared to meet the requirements of modern warfare. He also spoke about the importance of unity among all state institutions, saying that the administration and civil bureaucracy are the foundation of harmony and their responsibilities are important. Underlining the value of history and national identity, Munir urged the officers to adopt the identity of Pakistaniat above personal or regional affiliations. He said, "Nations that forget their history lose their future." Calling upon the officers to develop courage, capability and character, he stressed that if one has to choose among these three, character should always be given priority.
