Islamabad: Pakistani army has now started speaking the language of terrorists. Pakistani army spokesperson Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif has recently made hate-filled statements against India. The special thing is that the language used by Ahmed Sharif, international terrorist and most wanted in India Hafiz Saeed has also made statements in the same language. Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Saeed, the mastermind of Mumbai terrorist attacks in 2008, has a history of giving provocative speeches against India.
Ahmed Chaudhary was addressing a university in Pakistan, where he spewed venom by referring to the suspension of the Indus Water Treaty by India after the Pahalgam attack. Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif, DG of the Pakistani army's media wing ISPR, said, "If you stop our water, we will stop your breathing." During this, the people present in the hall welcomed his statement with applause.
Hafiz Saeed has also said the same thing
The special thing is that what the spokesperson of the Pakistani army has said, Hafiz Saeed, who spreads terror in India, has given similar statements earlier as well. In an old statement, Hafiz Saeed had threatened India by saying, "If you stop the water, we will stop your breathing. Blood will flow in these rivers."
Pakistan is enraged by the suspension of the Indus Water Treaty
In response to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on April 22, India took strict action against Pakistan and suspended the Indus Water Treaty. Pakistan is agitated by this. Under the Indus Water Treaty, the conditions for sharing and management of the water of Indus and its five tributaries - Sutlej, Beas, Ravi, Jhelum and Chenab - are fixed between India and Pakistan.
Blood and water cannot flow together
India has made it clear on many occasions that blood and water cannot flow together. After the Pahalgam terror attack, India took several tough steps against Pakistan on April 23, the most important of which was to suspend the Indus Water Treaty. Under this, the Indus Water Treaty will be suspended until Pakistan stops supporting cross-border terrorism. After this, on May 7, India launched Operation Sindoor, in which terrorist launch pads were targeted in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
