Islamabad: After the Pahalgam attack, Pakistan has once again spewed venom against India by holding a majlis. During this, Pakistan's political and military leadership also made strong statements by playing India's social media clips. Not only this, like every time, this time also Pakistan threatened India with war and said that it will strongly respond to any provocation from India. Pakistani army even raised questions on the timing of the FIR registered regarding the Pahalgam attack. They also tried to show themselves as clean by playing videos of Indians during the press conference.
Pakistani Army accuses India
Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Director General (DG) Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhary and other senior officials were present in this press conference. ISPR DG Lieutenant General Chaudhary alleged, "India is involved in state-sponsored cross-border terrorism against Pakistan." He said, "It has been seven days since the Pahalgam attack, yet not a single evidence has been presented to prove the baseless allegations made against Pakistan."
Pakistani Foreign Minister threatens India
Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said that the entire region is facing a serious threat to peace and stability due to the politically motivated and highly provocative atmosphere being created by India after the Pahalgam attack. He said, "In recent days, world leaders have been requesting restraint. I have made it clear on behalf of the government and the nation that Pakistan will not be the first country to take any aggressive step. However, if any aggressive step is taken by India, we will give a strong response to it."
Pakistan gave clarification on terrorism
Ishaq Dar claimed that Pakistan has openly condemned the Pahalgam terror attack. He said that we want a clean and impartial investigation. Dar also said that Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has also expressed grief over this incident. Apart from this, Pakistan also condemned the Pahalgam terror attack in the United Nations Security Council. He alleged that India is making allegations against his country without giving any evidence, while his country has nothing to do with this attack.
Pakistan 'condemns' terrorism
He said, "I would like to begin by reiterating that Pakistan condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. No cause or purpose can justify the taking of innocent lives. This is national and Islamic policy: according to the [Holy] Quran, killing one human being is equivalent to killing the entire humanity and saving one life is equivalent to saving the entire humanity." "We are concerned by the deaths in the Pahalgam attack. We also offer our condolences. Being a victim of terrorism, no one can feel the pain of the people affected by this crisis like Pakistan," Dar said.
