Pakistani Conspiracy Suspected in Kidnapping of 3 Indians from Iran, ISI Under Radar

New Delhi: Suspicion is deepening on Pakistan for the kidnapping of three Indian citizens missing from Iran. The reason for this is that the families of the three are getting ransom calls from Pakistani numbers. There is also a possibility of Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI being behind this incident. According to sources, ISI may try to prove that these three Indians were spying in Pakistan.

All the three citizens missing from Iran are residents of Sangrur, Hoshiarpur and SBS Nagar in Punjab. These three people went missing after reaching Iran's capital Tehran on May 1. The Indian government is investigating this matter, in which help has also been sought from the Iranian government. The missing people have been identified as Hushanpreet Singh (Sangrur), Jaspal Singh (SBS Nagar) and Amritpal Singh (Hoshiarpur).

    Promised to send to Australia

From the initial investigation of the case, it seems that an agent from Punjab had promised to send these people to Australia, but they were taken via Iran. The government is also finding out whether that agent has any connection with the Pakistan government. It is being told that the agent had told the three that he would send them to Australia via Dubai-Iran. It is being told that the agent from Hoshiarpur who sent them to Iran is also missing.

    Iran government assured cooperation

According to the information received from the Indian Embassy, they have received information from the families of the three about their disappearance after going to Iran. The embassy is in touch with the families of the three in this matter and is also constantly giving information. The Iranian government has also assured full cooperation to India in this matter. Iran has warned Indians to be cautious while travelling to other countries and not fall prey to illegal agencies.

Second such case in a year

The Consular Affairs Department of Iran's Foreign Ministry is looking into the case of disappearance of 3 Indian citizens in collaboration with the concerned judicial authorities. The Embassy of India in Tehran is also being informed about the proceedings within the judicial system of Iran through the Consular Affairs Department. Let us tell you that this is the second case of disappearance of Indians in Iran in the last one year.
