Hours after Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar's car was involved in an accident, the Juhu police in Mumbai arrested the driver. According to ANI, the driver has been charged with negligent and irresponsible driving. The accused has been identified as Radheshyam Rai.

It is known that Akshay Kumar's security car was involved in a horrific accident on Monday night. According to the Mumbai Police, two people were injured in a collision involving two cars and an auto-rickshaw. The incident reportedly occurred when a car hit the auto-rickshaw from behind, causing the auto-rickshaw to overturn and collide with Akshay's security car. Several videos of the accident are going viral on social media.

According to ANI, the driver of the speeding car, Radheshyam, has been booked under sections 281, 125(A), and 125(B) of the BNS (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita). Speaking about the incident, the driver's brother, Mohammad Sameer, said, "This incident happened between 8 and 8:30 pm. My brother was driving the auto-rickshaw, and a passenger was sitting in the back seat. Actor Akshay Kumar's Innova and Mercedes were following behind. When the Mercedes hit the Innova, the Innova collided with the auto-rickshaw. My brother and the passenger were trapped underneath. The entire rickshaw was damaged. My brother is in serious condition."
