Clicks launches Communicator secondary phone with BlackBerry-style design

Do you remember BlackBerry phones with physical keyboards? If you liked those phones, then Clicks Technology has launched a similar smartphone called the "Communicator." This phone looks quite similar to a BlackBerry but has been launched specifically for people who use two smartphones. This phone has been launched at $499, which is approximately ₹41,000, and comes with several amazing features that are not found in today's smartphones. Let's learn more about this special phone.

A Special Device for People Who Use Two Phones

The Clicks Communicator has been designed as a secondary phone, meaning it has been designed keeping in mind the needs of people who use two phones. This phone will not have addictive apps like Facebook, Instagram, or games. Instead, the company will provide only essential and useful apps such as Gmail, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Slack. This phone becomes especially useful for those who do a lot of messaging, emailing, or document work on their phones. It features a physical keyboard, which makes typing much more accurate and faster. Additionally, because the keyboard is physical, it won't take up valuable screen space like a virtual keyboard.

Equipped with features like a signal light

This phone comes with several amazing features that will surprise you. One special feature is the signal light, located on the side of the phone, which illuminates around the button. Users can customize this light according to their preferences. This light will help users understand when they are receiving messages or notifications from specific contacts. This button will be called the "Prompt Key," and pressing it will allow you to send voice messages and create notes.

A fantastic mix of new and old technology

This phone, named Communicator, incorporates several older technologies that were useful but have been largely forgotten. For example, it includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, a physical SIM tray, support for microSD cards up to 2TB, and a physical switch for airplane mode.

In addition, this phone will come with a 4,000 mAh battery, a 50MP main camera, 256GB of storage, Android 16 OS, and 5 years of security updates. Users will also be able to replace the phone's back panel themselves. For early buyers, the phone will be priced at $399, which is approximately ₹33,000, while regular users will get it for $499.
