Will There Be a War Between India and Pakistan? AI Tools Give Mixed Answers

After the Pahalgam terrorist attack, the phase of retaliation has started. India has taken strict steps against Pakistan. Threats have started coming from Pakistan as well. Illiterate Pakistani experts have gone straight to nuclear war. However, no one knows right now what kind of preparations the Indian government is engaged in. But the strict message given by PM Modi from the land of Bihar is scaring Pakistan. Many of its cities are on high alert. Air Force war exercises are also being conducted in India, which has strengthened the possibilities of war. We wanted to know the answers to such questions from the perspective of AI i.e. Artificial Intelligence. We asked some questions to generative AI like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Chinese DeepSeek. We asked whether there will be a war between India and Pakistan after the Pahalgam terror attack. Some more questions were also asked. Let us tell you what answers were received.

Question No. 1: Will there be a war between India and Pakistan after the Pahalgam terror attack?

On this question, ChatGPT said - The current tension between India and Pakistan is serious, but the possibility of a full-fledged war is low. Looking at the appeal of the international community and the past experiences between the two countries, it is expected that both sides will resolve this crisis through diplomatic means. On the same question, Perplexity said - India has asked the army to be alert and prepared, which is increasing the possibility that India may adopt a military option against Pakistan. According to astrological calculations, the current circumstances are pointing towards a conflict-filled dispute in the coming times.

China's DeepSeek tried to give a different answer. Said - At present, the possibility of a full-fledged war is low, but tension on the border, military retaliation and diplomatic response may continue. India's focus is currently on isolating Pakistan and gathering global support against terrorism.

Question number-2: If there is a war between India and Pakistan, who will win?

On this question, ChatGPT said - If we talk only about military strength, then the possibility of India's victory is high. But the result of war is not just victory or defeat. There is loss of life and property, political instability and impact on future generations. Therefore, the biggest victory will be if there is no war.

On this question, Perplexity answered - If there is a war between India and Pakistan, India is more likely to win. However, as both countries are equipped with nuclear weapons, the possibility of a full-fledged war will be less and devastating, so a diplomatic solution is preferred.

China's DeepSeek concluded that India is more likely to win in a conventional war. If there is a nuclear war, both will lose, there will be no winner. DeepSeek also told the reality and wrote that both countries will try to avoid war, as it will cause instability and economic loss in the region.

Question number-3: If there is an India-Pakistan war, what will be its exact date.

On this question, ChatGPT said - At present, no exact date of war between India and Pakistan can be fixed. However, after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on 23 April 2025, tension between the two countries has increased a lot.

On this question, Perplexity replied - In the current situation, it is not possible to give any exact or official date of Indo-Pak war. Tensions are high and the possibility of war remains, but no definite date or time has been announced yet.

On the other hand, China's DeepSeek replied that there is no war right now and the possibility of a full-fledged war in the future is also low. However, limited military conflicts (such as air strikes or border clashes) can happen anytime.

AI also confused on India-Pakistan

It seems that AI is also confused about the ongoing tension between India and Pakistan. Most generative tools collect information by referring to web sources. In such a situation, their answers are also based on guesses. We asked the same question to Elon Musk's Grok AI, it too could not tell anything clearly.
