New Delhi: Bulldozer action has been seen in Delhi. This action has been taken against illegal encroachment. A campaign was conducted under the leadership of Defense Estates Office, Delhi Circle. Under this campaign, JCB action took place near Terminal 1D of IGI Airport. During this, about two acres of defense land located in Mehram Nagar area of Delhi Cantonment was freed from encroachment.

During this campaign, officials of Defense Estates Office, Delhi Circle removed long-standing unauthorized parking areas. A large number of vehicles were seized.
This action was taken with the cooperation of Delhi Cantonment Board, local military officials and Delhi Police. Many small and big slums were also removed in this campaign. Along with this, the land occupied for illegal animal shelters was also removed.
