    In broad daylight in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, bike-riding miscreants snatched the chain from a scooty-riding woman and fled. The video of this incident captured in CCTV is now going viral on social media. Hapur Police has also given a statement regarding the matter.


    Nowadays the terror of bike-riding miscreants has increased so much in the city that let alone night, these criminals are seen committing thefts even in broad daylight. These days, many videos of bike-riding miscreants snatching chains and purses from moving bikes and fleeing are going viral on social media.


    In this episode, another video has surfaced recently, which is becoming increasingly viral on the Internet. In this video, two bike-riding robbers rob the chain of a scooty-riding woman and flee. The CCTV footage of this entire incident is now spreading like wildfire on social media.


    Bike riders fled after robbing a woman's chain

    This video is being told of 'Apna Ghar' colony located in Hapur Kotwali area of ​​​​Uttar Pradesh, where bike-riding miscreants carried out this incident in broad daylight. It can be clearly seen in the CCTV footage that a woman is driving a scooty and a girl is sitting behind her. Then two bike-riding youths follow them.

    As soon as the scooty turns at a turn, the miscreant sitting behind on the bike snatches the chain of the woman riding the scooty and both the accused escape by driving the bike at high speed. During this, in an attempt to snatch and save themselves, both the people riding the scooty fall on the road and get injured.


    Hapur Police's response?


    A user named @lokeshRlive shared the CCTV video of this incident and informed about the matter. He also tagged Hapur Police in his post. As soon as the video went viral, Hapur Police responded and said that 'the matter is being investigated and necessary legal action is being taken.'

    People raised questions on women's safety


    People have also expressed grief and anger over this incident. One user wrote, 'The situation is very bad, such crimes are increasing continuously.' At the same time, another raised the question, 'Are women safe only after 12 o'clock at night, not in daylight?'
