China-Pakistan New Strategy? PLA Conducts Drills After Pahalgam Attack

Islamabad/Beijing: After the Pahalgam terror attack, conditions of war have arisen between India and Pakistan. But meanwhile, a video has been released by China, in which soldiers of the People's Liberation Army i.e. PLA are conducting war exercises with destructive weapons. It is being claimed that these war exercises are being conducted in Xinjiang province near the Indian border, which is the home of Uighur Muslims. Although we do not have any information as to when this exercise was conducted, questions are being raised about the timing of the release of this video, whether India's enemy China has released the video of the exercise to boost Pakistan's morale?

On researching this video, we feel that this video of PLA's exercise looks new, but we cannot confirm when this exercise was conducted. This video has been released by China's state news agency CCTV and this video is about 25 minutes long. Its location shows the 8th Joint Division of PLA Western Command in northern Xinjiang. There is a possibility that in view of the tension between India and Pakistan, China has deliberately released this video, so that pressure can be put on India and a hint can be given that in the event of a war with Pakistan, China can open a second front against India.

Can China open a second front?

This video released by China is to provoke the current geo-political situation. Pakistani leaders have met the Chinese ambassador in Islamabad. During this, Pakistan's Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has briefed the Chinese ambassador about the regional situation. China's support is being constantly sought on Pakistani TV channels. But geo-political experts believe that China will not join a two-front war against India under any circumstances at this time. Because it is already stuck in a tariff war with America. But China will definitely want a destructive war between India and Pakistan, so that the Indian economy is destroyed. Many experts say that China may be behind Pakistan's sudden increase in tension with India, because it fears that in the event of a tariff war with America, companies may leave China and go to India and if India remains unstable, China will benefit.

Chinese soldiers often conduct war exercises in Xinjiang province. Xinjiang province shares border with Tibet and is close to India. Therefore, it becomes very important for China. This is also important for the China-Pakistan Belt and Road Initiative and China can use it against India. Even though this exercise of Chinese soldiers is regular, it can be a part of the power display of the Chinese soldiers. However, we are still not confirming the connection of this video with India. But we are also not denying that China-Pakistan can be a part of some new conspiracy against India.
