    Ed Sheeran Breaks Silence on Bengaluru Concert Halt: Says Permission Was Taken, Not a Sudden Stop!

    India: Famous British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran is currently on his India tour and recently he gave an informal performance in Bengaluru. However, during this time there were reports of police interference, after which now Ed Sheeran himself has clarified this. He said that he had already taken permission for this and it was not a sudden performance.


    What was the matter?


    Ed Sheeran was performing during a private event in Bengaluru. A crowd of his fans gathered there, which caused slight inconvenience to the local administration. After this, reports came that the police stopped his performance.


    However, Ed Sheeran himself reacted to this and said –


    "This was not a sudden performance. We had already taken permission for this. It was a planned event and everything was done properly."

    Ed Sheeran's fans on social media gave mixed reactions to this whole matter. Some people termed the police intervention as wrong, while some called the administration's action right considering the security reasons.
