Fan's misbehavior with Hardik
This incident took place when Hardik Pandya had gone to a restaurant in New Delhi for dinner with his girlfriend Mahika Sharma. As soon as he came out of the restaurant, he was surrounded by a crowd of fans. Everyone wanted to take a selfie with him. Hardik patiently took pictures with some fans, but seeing the crowd increasing, the security personnel started taking him towards his car. In this commotion, one fan could not get close to Hardik. Frustrated at not being able to get a selfie, the man lost his temper and hurled abuses at Hardik from behind, saying, "Go to hell."

Surprisingly, even after hearing such a harsh and insulting comment, Hardik Pandya did not look back. He neither reacted nor argued with the person. He very politely and gracefully got into his car. In the first match of the series, he played an unbeaten innings of 59 runs off just 28 balls. In the final T20 played in Ahmedabad, he scored a half-century in just 16 balls, setting the record for the second fastest T20 fifty for India. He scored 63 runs off 25 balls in that match, which helped India win the series 3-1.
