This is a case of love triangle.
SP Captain Rakesh Singh of Una presented the facts of the initial investigation to the media in a press conference on Friday. Police said that there is a possibility of murder of Hardeep alias Jiya. However, it will be confirmed only after the body is found. Police has now said that after interrogating all the four accused together, a big disclosure will be made on this matter.
SP Rakesh Singh said that the case of kidnapping of Hardeep Singh alias Jiya can also turn into murder. On Thursday, two accused named Taranjit and Manpreet were arrested. Now the police has also arrested the mastermind of the kidnapping and the accused girl from Hanogi of Mandi. SP Rakesh Singh said that prima facie this case also seems to be a love triangle.

The SP said that after registering an FIR in this case on February 26, initially only one youth was being considered the accused, but in the investigation, the involvement of a girl and two other youths was also found.
