New Delhi: India has once again extended a helping hand to Afghanistan. In light of the severe hardships currently being endured by the people of Afghanistan due to recent floods and earthquakes, India has dispatched essential supplies—ranging from daily necessities to critical health-related items—for the country's citizens.
What Did India Send to Afghanistan?
While dispatching the relief supplies, Randhir Jaiswal, the spokesperson for India's Ministry of External Affairs, released photographs on social media. He stated that in response to the difficult phase the Afghan people are currently navigating, India has sent HADR materials comprising kitchen sets, hygiene kits, plastic sheets, tarpaulins, sleeping bags, and various other items.
India Stands in Solidarity During Challenging Times
The Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson further affirmed that India stands in solidarity with the people of Afghanistan and remains committed to providing humanitarian assistance and support during these challenging times.
