Meerut Murder Case: Saurabh Brought ₹1 Crore from London—Brother’s Shocking Claim!

Meerut: Saurabh murder case is not only in UP but in the whole country. Wife Muskan, along with her lover Sahil, killed her husband Saurabh and after cutting his body into pieces, put it in a drum and covered it with cement. Both have been arrested by the police and sent to jail. Both are currently lodged in Meerut district jail. At the same time, new revelations are being made every day in the Saurabh murder case and old videos of Muskan-Sahil are coming out. Meanwhile, Saurabh's brother has made serious allegations against Muskan.

Saurabh Rajput, a former merchant navy officer from Meerut, was brutally murdered by his wife Muskan Rastogi and her lover Sahil. This incident has shaken the whole country. Muskan and Sahil have confessed to stabbing Saurabh to death on March 4. They cut the body into pieces. Put them in a drum and sealed it with cement. The police arrested both of them on Tuesday.

35-year-old Saurabh Rajput used to work in the Merchant Navy. He married 27-year-old Muskan Rastogi in 2016. The family opposed this marriage. Despite this, both of them had a love marriage. Both lived in a rented house with their six-year-old daughter. Saurabh had broken ties with his family to marry Muskan. Saurabh used to go abroad often. In the year 2020, Saurabh started working in a mall in London.

Saurabh returned to India from London on February 24 to celebrate his wife's birthday. On returning home, he distributed about Rs 1 crore to his close ones. Saurabh's brother Bablu Rajput told that Muskan had taken some money of my brother. He had brought Rs 1 crore from London. Which he distributed among close people. There is no conversation between us. He never stayed with us.

Saurabh's body parts were found in his rented house about 15 days later. SP City Ayush Vikram Singh said that the police had received information about a foul smell coming from the victim's house. On investigation, we found his body cut into several pieces. He was sealed with cement inside a water drum. This was probably done so that the body would rot quickly.

Police said that Muskan and Sahil killed Saurabh on March 4. After this they went to the mountains for a walk. On returning home, Muskan broke down and told everything to her mother Kavita Rastogi. Kavita understood the gravity of the situation and immediately took her daughter to the police station.

Kavita told the police that Saurabh was crazy about my daughter. He left his family to marry her. He was like my son. CMO Ashok Kataria said that we had to use a marble cutter to remove the body. The body was so decomposed that we could not conduct a proper postmortem.

The police came to know about the matter when the neighbours complained about the foul smell coming from Saurabh's house. The police searched the house and recovered the body wrapped in a drum. Muskan and her lover were arrested.
