Modi vs Indira Gandhi: Who Took Bolder Decisions for India? Survey Reveals Public Verdict Post

New Delhi: The success of 'Operation Sindoor' has further strengthened the image of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. After taking strict action against Pakistan, PM Modi and former PM Indira Gandhi are also being compared regarding their decisive leadership style and ability to take strong decisions. The results of the IANS Maturity Survey have come out on which leader among Prime Minister Modi and former PM Indira Gandhi has been able to take more powerful decisions. In the IANS Maturity survey, 42 percent people have considered Prime Minister Modi as a more powerful decision-making leader, while 29 percent have given their opinion in favor of Indira Gandhi.

Actually, in the IANS Maturity survey, people were asked questions about 'Operation Sindoor'. They asked that according to you, which leader among Prime Minister Modi and former PM Indira Gandhi has been able to take more powerful decisions? In response to this question, 42 percent people considered Prime Minister Modi as a more powerful decision-making leader, while 29 percent gave their opinion in favor of Indira Gandhi. Apart from this, 17 percent people believe that both the leaders were equally capable of taking powerful decisions in their respective situations. At the same time, 5 percent people feel that neither of them was effective in this matter and 7 percent people seemed uncertain on this question.

Operation Sindoor was carried out by the Indian Army under the leadership of PM Modi after the Pahalgam terrorist attack on April 22. Under this operation, air strikes were carried out on 9 terrorist bases in Pakistan and POK. In this, the bases of Pakistan-backed terrorists were completely destroyed and more than 100 terrorists were killed in this action of the Indian Army.

Another question asked in the IANS Maturity Survey was that has it been a great achievement of the century for India to attack a nuclear-powered country like Pakistan?

In this survey, 72 percent people called it a great achievement of the century and praised India's military and strategic capabilities. At the same time, 9 percent people believe that this achievement is remarkable to some extent, while 12 percent refused to consider it a great achievement. Apart from this, 7 percent people remained unsure on this issue.
