New Delhi: Political turmoil continues over the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22 April. The country's main opposition party Congress targeted the central government. Congress shared a video from its official Twitter handle and wrote that one month of Pahalgam and the country is still seeking answers. PM Modi is still silent - Congress
The Congress party posted a post from X handle on Thursday evening at 8.30 pm. This post is on Trump's claim in which he said that India-Pakistan decided to ceasefire under his pressure. Congress said that "Trump has said 8 times in 11 days, 'I got the ceasefire done by threatening India'. The country's image is getting tarnished but Narendra Modi is still silent." Congress has directly questioned PM Modi's silence in this matter.
One month completed of Pahalgam terror attack
Congress again posted a video from the official X handle on Thursday evening at 8.43 pm. It mentions the completion of one month of Pahalgam terror attack. Congress termed the Pahalgam incident on 22 April 2025 as India's dark day. How terrorists targeted our tourists that day.
Congress asked many questions to the Center
Congress raised questions that how did the terrorists enter so deep into Indian soil. Why do we not have any answer about the four main terrorists involved in the attack. Where was the government's intelligence. The main opposition party of the country targeted the central government. Congress has asked that even after a month has passed, the country is still demanding answers.
'Trump's claim on India-Pakistan ceasefire, why is PM silent?'
Referring to Operation Sindoor, Congress also questioned Trump's claim of ceasefire in India-Pakistan. Congress asked why is PM Modi silent in Trump's case? Why is the central government not accepting the demand of special Parliament session from Congress. Congress has asked this question to the BJP government at the center and PM Modi regarding Pahalgam.
