    The 58th match of IPL 2025 between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals was cancelled after a sudden emergency alert, leading to the evacuation of Dharamshala Stadium.

    PBKS vs DC match cancelled, Dharamshala Stadium evacuated amid sudden alert

    New Delhi. The 58th match of IPL 2025 will be played today between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals in Dharamshala. Both the teams are ready for this. Punjab Kings team is currently at number three in the points table, while Delhi team is at number 5. Both the teams are eyeing to keep themselves in a strong position to reach the playoffs. Punjab Kings have won the toss and decided to bat first. That is, Delhi will bowl first.


    Shreyas Iyer said after winning the toss, "We will bat first keeping the outfield in mind. Fans are happy with this decision. If you look at the trend in IPL, the players who are in form and win the match, win the championship. The morale of the team is high. It is important that we tick correctly. We are going with the same batting line-up."


    Match canceled


    The match between Punjab and Delhi Capitals has been canceled. In view of the continuous drone attacks from Pakistan, a blackout was also done in Dharamsala. Due to which the match had to be canceled and the stadium was also evacuated. Both teams got one point each.


    Punjab's score after 5 overs is 65-0


    After 5 overs, Punjab has scored 65 runs without losing any wicket. Prabhsimran Singh is playing after scoring 23 and Priyansh Arya 41 runs. Both have given a good start.
