New Delhi: The all-party delegations sent around the world to explain Operation Sindoor have returned home. It is reported that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet the members of all the delegations on June 10 or June 11. This meeting can take place on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. PM Modi will thank the members of the delegation for presenting India's side to the world. At the same time, the members of the delegation will inform Prime Minister Modi about the discussions held with world leaders. Earlier, different delegations have met External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and informed about their visits.
Ravi Shankar Prasad said relations will be strengthened
Earlier, during the talks, BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad said, all the countries strongly condemned the Pahalgam terrorist attack and expressed their solidarity with India. He said that positive results have been received from all the countries, new relations are going to start between Europe and India in the coming time.
We went on a tour of 4 countries under the leadership of Supriya Sule. We apprised the Foreign Minister of what we talked to the representatives of all the 4 countries. We presented India's stand against terrorism to all the countries. There, we got strong support.

The delegation led by Prasad went to France, Italy, Denmark (Copenhagen), England, Brussels and Germany. The members of the delegation held discussions with the MPs, ministers, think tanks, media and Indian communities there. BJP MP Daggubati Purandeswari, who was part of the delegation, said that we have talked to government officials and representatives, MPs and even NRIs. During this time we have also presented evidence of terrorism in India.
7 delegations were sent
India had sent seven delegations across the world in the wake of Operation Sindoor. Operation Sindoor was India's retaliation to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April and the subsequent Pakistani aggression on Indian cities and border areas. 26 people lost their lives in the Pahalgam terror attack.
Soon after Operation Sindoor, India had sent seven delegations of leaders rising above party lines to explain India's stand on Operation Sindoor and Pakistan-sponsored terrorist activities.
