Vande Bharat Breakfast Sparks Controversy: Tea and Samosa in South Indian Train?

At present, there is a debate going on in many parts of India about forcibly imposing language on people. Somewhere people are being forced to speak Tamil, somewhere pictures of people being harassed for not speaking Marathi are coming to the fore.

Meanwhile, now this debate from language has reached food. Recently, a post by a famous Malayalam writer M.S. Madhavan has started a new war on social media.

Questions on food in Vande Bharat train

Actually, M.S. Madhavan has shared a post on Instagram about the food served in Vande Bharat Express, in which he has said that the food served in Vande Bharat train running on Bengaluru-Coimbatore route is not to the liking of South Indian passengers and the menu is filled with only popular dishes of the North.

Madhavan wrote in the post, 'People talk about language imposition. But no one talks about food imposition. This is the typical breakfast served in Bengaluru-Coimbatore Vande Bharat. Which is being given in South Indian Vande Bharat trains.' He also shared a picture of food in which tea, namkeen and samosa are visible.

    War broke out among users

This post of @NSMlive sparked a heated debate on social media. Many users supported him, while some rejected it and said that no passenger is forced to eat this. One user wrote, '99% of restaurants in India serve Idli-Dosa as the main dish.' Another wrote, 'There is an option of not taking food in Vande Bharat train, so don't take it.'
