Saifullah Kasuri, deputy chief of Lashkar-e-Taiba and a key accused in the Pahalgam terror attack, has issued a fresh threat against India, vowing to continue militant activities in Kashmir.

The Ministry of Defence has approved two major procurement deals worth ₹4,666 crore to strengthen the operational capabilities of the Indian Army and Navy. The clearance includes the purchase of more than 4.25 lakh close-quarter battle carbines to enhance the Army’s infantry firepower in close combat situations.
