AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan in Trouble Again: FIR Registered Right After Election Win!

New Delhi. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Okhla, Amanatullah Khan, seems to be in new trouble. A team of Delhi Police's Crime Branch had gone to raid the Jamia area today to catch a fugitive. During this, the police also detained a person named Shahbaz Khan, against whom a case of attempt to murder has been registered.

However, during the arrest, some local people obstructed the police action. Some of these people are said to be supporters of Amanatullah Khan. There was a scuffle between the police and the local people, due to which the accused Shahbaz Khan absconded.

    Innocent or criminal?

After this incident, a PCR call was immediately made on the spot and the police started investigating the matter. According to the police, the absconding accused was a fugitive criminal, while the local people said that he was innocent.

Delhi Police has registered an FIR against Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan and others in this case. Police say that Amanatullah Khan was also present at the spot and in his presence, the police action was obstructed, due to which the accused absconded.

    AAP MLA will be questioned

At present, the police are trying to trace Amanatullah Khan and want to question him in this case. However, till the time of writing the news, the MLA was not present at his home.

The Delhi Police team had reached his house, but no response was received from there. Meanwhile, the Crime Branch team is present at Jamia police station, and further action is being taken.
