    Heinrich Klaasen scoring a 37-ball century in IPL 2025, equaling Rohit Sharma's record.

    New Delhi: Sunrisers Hyderabad wicketkeeper batsman Heinrich Klaasen has scored a century in IPL 2025. In Hyderabad's last match of the season, Klaasen scored a century against Kolkata Knight Riders. This is his second century in IPL. In this match, captain Pat Cummins sent Klaasen at number three. Abhishek and Head gave an explosive start to the team. That's why Klaasen started batting as soon as he came.


    Klaasen's century in 37 balls


    Heinrich Klaasen scored a century in just 37 balls for Sunrisers Hyderabad against KKR. He reached the century with the help of 6 fours and 9 sixes. This is the fastest century by a franchise in IPL. Earlier this record was in the name of Travis Head. He scored a century in 39 balls. This is the joint third fastest century in IPL history.

    Equalled Rohit Sharma

    This is Heinrich Klaasen's second century in IPL. He has equalled Rohit Sharma in the list of batsmen scoring the most centuries. Former Mumbai Indians captain Rohit also has only two centuries to his name. Rohit, who made his debut in 2008, has played 269 matches so far. This was Heinrich Klaasen's 49th match in IPL. He remained unbeaten at the end by scoring 105 runs. He played this innings on 39 balls.
