Jaishankar’s Security Breach! Indian Govt Cracks Down on Khalistani Supporters

S Jaishankar Security Breach: The Indian government has taken very seriously the incident of Khalistan supporters blocking the path of Foreign Minister S Jaishankar in Britain. Indian investigative agencies are working on a strategy to bring each of these protesters to the fore one by one. For this, it has started investigating the Indian connection of Khalistan supporters. The process of identifying the protesters has been started on the basis of video footage.

Investigative agencies fear that some of the protesters from the violent demonstration that took place in front of the Indian High Commission a few months ago may also be involved in this demonstration. According to sources in intelligence security agencies, if the involvement of these Khalistani supporters present in India and their hand in this entire episode is proved, then legal action will be taken on their properties. The National Investigating Agency (NIA) is already investigating the case of violent demonstration in front of the Indian High Commission in Britain and in this regard, Indian investigative agencies are in constant touch with the British investigative agency.

    Jaishankar on London tour

On Thursday, there has been a lapse in the security of External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar, who went on a six-day visit to London, after which diplomatic pressure has increased on Britain. Bob Blackman, MP of Britain's opposition Conservative Party, raised the issue in the Parliament there and called it an attack by 'Khalistani goons'. The incident took place outside Chatham House in London on Thursday evening, when Dr. Jaishankar was leaving after a public event.

During this, a protester tried to break into the security. Blackman called the incident an insult to democracy in the British Parliament House of Commons and questioned Home Minister Yvette Cooper as to how the security of the visiting dignitaries would be ensured. Blackman said in Parliament that India's Foreign Minister Dr. S Jaishankar was attacked on Thursday when he was leaving a public place. He was attacked by Khalistani goons. This is against the Geneva Convention and it seems that the police and security forces failed to ensure his safety. We have to ensure that this does not happen again.
