This campaign will start from Rajasthan, where Kharge will visit Jaipur.


New Delhi: Congress has launched a campaign to strengthen the organization at the grassroots level this year. In this series, while the party is empowering the leadership at the district level by appointing district presidents, in the next phase it will start the work of strengthening the organization at the division, block and booth level. In view of this, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge will tour the country.


According to sources, in this exercise, Kharge will go to every state and meet the state unit as well as the district units there, address them and give a roadmap to work for strengthening at the division, block and booth level in the next phase. Organization General Secretary K.C. Venugopal will also be with him. However, it is not yet decided whether the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi will accompany Kharge in this campaign or not. According to sources, Rahul Gandhi can also visit some places.


The party's campaign will start from Rajasthan


According to an important strategist, this exercise is starting from Rajasthan. Where Kharge is to visit the state capital Jaipur at the end of the month. It is being told that one to two states can be visited every month. During this, along with meeting the district presidents, he will also discuss with the state political affairs committee, where it will be seen which issues are important at the state and local level apart from the national level. What will be the party's line on them. Apart from these, there will be a public meeting in every state. It is worth mentioning that before this, Kharge recently went on a two-day tour of Bihar, where he organized and organized programs in view of the Bihar elections.


Kharge will tell how to raise issues

It is said that in this tour, the top leadership of Congress will tell the district units how to build the party on the ground from Mandal to Block and Booth level. After the organization is ready, how to raise different issues, take the issues related to the public to the ground. The party will try to form political affairs committees at the district level on the lines of political affairs committees at the state level, which will decide the party's line at the lower level on local issues. In this, it will have to be seen where after the district level, there is an organization at Mandal, Block and Booth level, where to prepare them, how to prepare these units.


Wherever there are elections, the party president will go there first

According to sources, in this exercise, the Congress President can soon go to those states where elections are to be held next year. Assam, West Bengal, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry are important in this. While in states and union territories like Assam, Kerala and Puducherry, Congress is trying its best to return to power, while in Tamil Nadu it is in power with DMK. It is worth noting that the organization general secretary of Congress has recently issued a guideline, in which an attempt has been made to put a roadmap in front of the district president regarding preparing district units and the organization below it and their future roles.
